1. Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you (“you” or “your”) and NillOne Inv LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“Nill.One”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Nill.One Minecraft network, its website at nill.one, or any related service (together, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with the Privacy Policy and the server rules. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.

2. The Service

The Service provides access to a Minecraft network operated by us, including the “Private Server” in-game hosting system and the custom gamemodes. We may add, change, deprecate or discontinue any part of the Service at any time and without notice.

The Service is intended for use with a legitimately owned copy of Minecraft. All gameplay is subject to the rules published by us, as well as to the rules and terms of our third-party providers.

You may not use the Service if you are a sanctioned entity by the USA.

3. Rules and Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to attempt to:

  • disrupt, degrade or overload the Service, its servers or other players, including through excessive or automated connections, exploits or misuse of in-game mechanics;
  • use cheats, hacks, automation or any software that grants an unfair advantage;
  • access, alter or interfere with data, systems or accounts that do not belong to you;
  • harass, threaten, discriminate against or impersonate any person, or share personal information of others without consent;
  • distribute malicious software or content that is illegal, offensive or infringes the rights of third parties;
  • market or offer real-money trading of in-game items, currency or accounts unless expressly permitted by us.

We may take any action we deem appropriate for breach of these rules, including warnings, temporary restrictions or permanent termination, and we are not obligated to refund any amounts where an account is restricted for a breach.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity occurring under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts are non-transferable, and you may not share your login details with third parties.

5. Donations and Purchases

Optional purchases and donations (such as ranks, bundles or Premium subscriptions) are processed through third-party payment providers (“Donations”). All Donations are final and are provided as a support for the continued operation of the Service rather than as a purchase of goods; however, where applicable law grants you a legal right to withdraw or receive a refund, that right is not affected by these Terms.

  • Purchased entitlements are delivered to the account you specify and may not be transferred between accounts;
  • Donations confer privileges that remain subject to these Terms, including the rules in Section 3;
  • If an entitlement is lost due to a server or billing error, we will restore it where reasonably possible;
  • We do not sell virtual currency that can be exchanged back into real money.

6. Third-Party Services and Links

The Service may include links to, or integration with, services operated by third parties (for example payment processors, our web store, Discord and video platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

7. Intellectual Property; Mojang Disclaimer

The Service is not an official Minecraft product, and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft and related names and assets are trademarks of their respective owners.

Except for content you upload, all rights in the Service, including its design, code, branding and original artwork, belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as permitted by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. To the extent permitted by law, you use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NillOne Inv LLC and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us (if any) in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for any reason, including a breach of these Terms, with or without notice. Sections 7 through 13 shall survive any termination.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this page and supersedes all earlier versions. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring them to your attention. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Mexico, provided that these Terms do not exclude any mandatory rights granted to consumers under the law of their country of residence.
