This Privacy Policy explains how NillOne Inv LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA (“Nill.One”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal information in connection with the Nill.One Minecraft network and the website nill.one (together, the “Service”).

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. We handle personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies, and the data protection laws of the State of New Mexico and the United States.

  • Usage data: game statistics, rank and purchase entitlements, chat logs where required for moderation, and technical connection logs (timestamps, IP address, protocol version);
  • Form data: information you submit through our contact or application forms, for example inquiries or job applications;
  • Payment data: payment information is processed by our payment providers (for example Tebex). We do not store full payment card details.

Our network servers and associated infrastructure are hosted in Germany within the European Union. Data may be processed by the service providers named in Section 5 in other countries; where transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU standard contractual clauses.

  • account data is kept while the account is active and deleted or anonymized after a period of inactivity;
  • connection and moderation logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized;
